I’m Tiffany: a recent university graduate who aspires to work in an industry that (in)conveniently has nothing to do with my major (Biology). Luckily, I minored in Film Studies. Like many of my fellow 20-Something comrades, I am hoping to make my own indelible mark somehow, someway.
Things I like:
Grapenut ice cream.
Empty movie theatres.
Things I Don’t Like:
I like to call myself a photographer even though I have no formal training. I also like to call myself an artist, even though, yet again, I have no formal training. In short, I suppose you could call me an ‘Entrepreneur’. Yeah, entrepreneur. I have ideas bubbling around in my noggin. I most always want to travel to some wayward corner of the globe. I have a knack for taking up new hobbies and learning new skills; I am currently learning how to play the guitar and am enrolled in a business certificate program with UNC. (I also plan on taking up Mandarin in the near future). I thoroughly enjoy learning (not always in a school environment) and many would associate my existence with the term ‘nerd’ (I prefer ‘Academic Socialite’). I wouldn’t say I am a perfectionist, but I will admit I do give myself quite a hard time. Three words to describe myself? Ambitious. Driven. Passionate. I also think I’m hilarious. I’m also Jamaican. Yay for me.
I am also a firm believer in the arrival of the Apocalypse any day now. I am terrified of zombies, however. So, if it’s a zombie apocalypse, I’m screwed.
